At Dr. Ali’s office, a caring group of highly trained ladies and gentlemen is waiting to serve you
Eda, RDH - Dental Hygienist
As a teenager in Holland, Eda was 1 of 12 recipients (out of a pool of 2000) of a full scholarship to train as a dental hygienist in Bridgeport, Connecticut. After completing her hygiene training, she returned to Holland where she taught dental hygiene. Her marriage to an American brought her back to the United States. At that time, she got involved with TMJ and myofunctional therapy, and was a founding staff member of the TMJ clinic at Tufts University School of Dentistry. Dental hygiene gives Eda the opportunity to make a positive change in people’s lives by increasing their awareness about the importance of achieving and maintaining a healthy mouth. Eda is fluent in Dutch and speaks passable German.
