Dr. Ali’s office utilizes a caring group of highly trained individuals who are waiting to serve you.

Cherry – Office Manager

Cherry’s greatest passion is dance. She was the principal dancer for Philippine Ballet Theatre from 1999-2002. She was a ballet teacher for the Westlake School for the performing Arts in Daly City, CA from 2003-2006. Cherry’s pleasant demeanor and voice led her to the dental field: she was offered a receptionist position after visiting a friend who happened to be a dental assistant. She has been in the dental field for more than 15 years. Cherry is fluent in Tagalog.

Zakhida Makhmudova – Treatment Coordinator

Zakhida has been a patient of Dr.Ali for over ten years and she decided the join the team in 2017. Coming from an MBA background, she fell in love with dentistry and medicine, which made her pursue a career in this field. She loves helping all the patients understand their treatment and answer all the possible questions. She always wears a bright smile and is always ready to help.

DiAnna Lynn – Medical Biller
 
DiAnna started her career on the clinical side of medicine.  She worked as a Medical Tech and EMT. When she moved to Spokane WA, she was hired as Revenue Cycle Representative with Perot Systems.  She became a consultant and traveled to different hospitals to assist in their billing problems, and to teach the hospital’s business office the correct way to submit claims.  She deals with many different insurance companies from Medicare to Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, and various Worker’s Comp carriers. She became a director of Revenue Cycle on various projects from Hawaii to Texas. Her skills are billing both hospital and physician revenue.  She has taken many courses in Revenue Cycle billing and coding.  She holds one of the highest certificates CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative).  Her experience as a medical biller is unparalleled and she is always upbeat about helping people with their medical insurances.

Jennifer Nicolini – Registered Dental Hygienist

Jen was born and raised in Chicago where she worked as a Registered Dental Assistant.  She relocated to the Bay Area in 2013, and loving the dental field, she furthered her education and graduated from the Diablo Valley College Dental Hygiene Program.  She is also certified in Cerec design and characterizations. During Jen’s free time she enjoys hiking and endlessly exploring the amazing sites of California with her family.

Arlene – Registered Dental Assistant

Arlene has been involved in dentistry for more than 30 years. She attended dental school in the Philippines, trained in a surgical internship at Philippine General Hospital and practiced dentistry there before moving to the United States. Arlene loves dentistry and being around people. She feels really great when our patients achieve nice smiles and are happy with what we’ve done for them. Arlene is fluent in Tagalog.

Koyel Das – Director of Marketing Analytics & Business Development
 

Koyel holds a masters degree in Statistics and business administration. Coming from a background of analytics and brand management, she leads a team of marketing managers and executives. She develops strategies on how we can deliver nothing but the best of services and thereby, establish ourselves as a brand that is trustworthy, honest, and an epitome of excellence.

Husna Maysam – Registered Dental Hygienist
 
Husna completed her Dental Hygiene degree from Chabot College in 2017. Husna truly loves her work as a hygienist and has a heart for every patient she treats. She especially feels accomplished when she can make people with previous negative memories of dentistry comfortable and make them feel happy to be receiving care. On her spare time, she loves to travel, go to the beach, and hang out with family and friends.
